About Drug Test America

Drug Test America is a Massachusetts corporation established in 2003, owned and operated by Tom Summers, a retired state police officer with over 20 years of experience in numerous specialty areas, including drug enforcement. Tom worked in conjunction with numerous federal law enforcement agencies. He has spoken at numerous public engagements from the perspective of both the former drug enforcement officer and father who has lost a 19-year-old son to substance abuse.

Tom Summers is a graduate of Northeastern College of Criminal Justice with a master’s in criminal justice from Anna Maria College.

Tom’s son, David Summers, has joined Drug Test America as vice president and operations manager. David has extensive knowledge managing multi-million dollar jobs. David is a graduate of the University of Florida with a master’s degree in civil engineering.

Drug Test America operates out of Massachusetts, serving clients across the country. DTA has evolved from early software technology to the most advanced AI technology available for TPAs and C/TPAs.
